Scheels Billings, Montana
The landscape design for the Billings’ Scheels site was a new and unique site aesthetic for the retail giant. The design included landscape elements that the company had never used in any of the numerous retail sites. Decomposed granite was used to allow a pervious walking surface along areas of the parking lot. Numerous native perennial plantings created a beautiful flowering landscape that provides year around interest. Specific turf areas were designed to accommodate the display of recreation vehicles and other outdoor retail opportunities.
